All the Products sold by us come with a One Year Warranty against any manufacturing defects only.  Limited Software support is available.  You may also get in touch with the manufacturer on their mail id: support@alfa.com.tw for further support.  You may reach us for any warranty support at sarav@omegacomindia.com with a brief note on the actual issue.  

Shipping is normally done on the same day the payment is received.  If not the next day.  Delivery time will vary as per the location for delivery.  We ship the products through Delhivery, Shiprocket, Professional courier and DTDC courier.  If Air shipment is required, it can also be provided at an extra cost.  Please check with us for the actual cost at the time of placing your orders.
